What is it?
I was always tired of web forums. Everyone wanted them, I hated them.
Still do, actually. So I talked with
Tuomo Paqvalin about this and figured I (or we) should do something about it.
This is it
A forum running on top of a mailing list, completely transparent.
It is distributed under the

We're not done yet, a lot of documentation and stuff has to be modified.
